I remember when i first heard about Facebook about 5 years ago, i was not able to get an account because it was so exclusive for big colleges. Today Facebook has expanded greatly. First it started out only being for college students to keep in touch, now it has grown into this social networking site open to everyone, free to stalk whoever they choose. so it is good that companys are comming up with methods to hide identitys, such as o crap my parents joined facebook
ReplyDeleteWhy in the world would you want a doctor twittering why you are having surgery performed. That is crazy.
ReplyDeleteMy aunt and my mom both just joined Facebook and requested to be my friend. I politely told my mom that Facebook is a domain I use to keep in touch with my friends and that if she wanted to see how I was doing more regularly, she should just call. Besides, my aunt is a very religious family therapist and I can only imagine what she would think about her college neice's facebook page. I'd just rather not have that discussion!
